Learning how to learn
Learning how to learn
Learning refers to a process of understanding the way to get knowledge and experience in the specific field of life. It helps us to become a better student, employee, spouse, child, parent, boss etc. It basically helps to construct a foundation for a better future. Which indirectly means to become a better learner by focusing a keen interest in a specific field. In order to be a better learner one needs to be a self learner.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a specific situation where it is very difficult to reach the final destination. We started struggling a lot so that we could find the solution for it. But the best solution to each and every problem is to get relaxed for a few minutes and try again after some time.
We usually procrastinate in our daily life, knowingly or unknowingly. So, It is basically an act of delaying the task until we reach the deadline. And in between get panic and then delay it again and again. We usually make excuses and put off the task until the last minute. Knowing that it has negative consequences as well. But it gives us instant pleasure, and in the long term it hurts a lot. In order to succeed we need to think in metaphors to search out faster. Learning has no age, no limits, even an adult in his 40s or 50s can learn new stuff. People in old age can also learn and give exams. Learning is not bound to some age groups.
Sleeping is also important to get relex, it allows our brain to make connections stronger and faster. Exercise also plays a good role not only for our body but also for our brain. It helps in maintaining our metabolism by improving our health.
The most effective way to learn something is to subdivide it into smaller chunks, it’s like inventing a puzzle but instead of just learning the individual pieces. We need to break it into smaller tasks and complete them one by one and take a break after it for few minutes we also need to praise ourself for each task completion.
